"I was searching for a new insurance company after our present insurance increased by $1,300.00 in one year! We had this insurance company for 30 years, and filed 0 claims. "so much disappointed with Corey north state farm agent. i recently found out for some months now that unexpected amounts are being diducted from my account other than my usual monthly payments. i need my money back"

Please keep in mind that billing is directly from State Farm to the customer, not from our office and each month you receive a copy of your bill prior to payment. However, I am always here to assist and I am sorry I never got the chance to hear from you directly. In researching the bills that were mailed to you, including your recent policy renewal, nothing is out of the ordinary. Any time a change was made in the make up of your household that was explained in the mailing. While I know you’re not insured with our office anymore, if you would like to reach out to me directly, I will go over each of your bills with you and point out any notice of change. That said, I am unable to get into specifics on this forum. Thank you again for your concerns and please take care."
